All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

Within India: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days (if applicable).

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (India): Flat rate or free shipping on orders above a certain amount (as displayed at checkout).
International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes within India. Availability will be shown at checkout. Please note that additional COD handling charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Delays & Issues

Mandliwala Sarees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
